Day 1-5 (Dairy S3 Teaching practice)

 Day 1- 16/06/2025

This was my first day at St Mary's HSS ,Pattom.I have started my journey from the hostel around 8.00 am and reached the school almost around 8.30 am. Initially I had met my concerned Mathematics  teacher Mrs Deepthi Thomas and enquired about the class room .She signed my lesson template number 1 and 2 and took the 2 classes and covered the two lesson templates.The lesson template was on the topic decimal squares of the chapter Squares.We signed the attendance register at morning as well as at the evening.I  have served the students in the Mid day meal.Have done the line duty at morning and evening and after that I went to hostel.

Day 2- 17/06/2025

This day was my second day at St Mary's HSS,Pattom.I have reached the school at  8.45 am.I have done the morning  line duty .My concerned Mathematics teacher was on leave on that day and she insisted me earlier to conduct an exam in 8F class.I have written the questions on the black board and invigilated them for their exams.As there was the exam I could not take the class for my class.I got another substitute class for 8F.So I could take my Third Lesson plan. I have signed the morning and evening attendance register and served the children for mid day meal .After the line duty at evening I went back to my hostel.

Day 3-18/06/2025

This was my third day at St Mary's HSS Pattom I have reached at school 8.45 am.As there was class for me in the first period I reached my room and prepared for it.After signing the lesson template I have reached my classroom 8F and started taking the class.After 5 minutes my optional subject teacher Sheeja B.came for observing my class.I have given my LP Record as well as the Reflective Journal to her.After that I took the class she made a good criticism for my class and pointed the mistakes as well as appreciated for the good deeds during class.After that I have took class at 9 I .The class was done on the chapter New Numbers.At 4 pm I left the school .

Day 4- 19/06/2025

This was my fourth day at St Mary's HSS Pattom.Asusual I have reached the school at 8.45 am.Took patt in morning line duty.There was no LP based class on that ay because  the students went to take the identity car photo at the office so I lost my period of the day.At 9I I have taken the continuation part of new numbers.I have chopped a basket full of cabbage which was  an unusual experience for a teacher,though I enjoyed it.I had a lot of substitution class on that day.Hema teacher called us for having the lunch together at the canteen.We ate the lunch together .After signing the evening attendance I went back hostel.

Day 5-20/06/2025

This was my fifth day at St Mary's HSS, Pattom.We reached at usual time.The school celebrated the reading day on Friday Some snaps are from the event given above . I had classes at 9I as well as at 8F. Our general education teacher Mrs Lethamini came  for the observation.She was accompanied by Sandra to get permission for the observation from the office.The teacher had to observe my class too which after the lunch break .Nikitha directed her to my class 8F for the observation.I welcomed her aand gave the record and journal for evaluation.She had had a good criticism for my class.As per the direction of our Principal Dr Bini CL we have given a relieving letter to the Vice principal of the school as we had the University exams from 30th of June.
